COMING SOON THIS SEPTEMBER >>> OZASIA MOON LANTERN FESTIVAL

Missing home this Mooncake Festival? Wishing you were with your family? Do not worry, you are not alone! When the full moon rises high on this special night, we would come together to think about the strong bonds that unite us, eat moon cakes, and enjoy being together under the moon. This event will feature schoolchildren and community groups from across South Australia, parading hand-made traditional and contemporary lanterns, together with storytelling, martial arts, music, dance and Dragon boats on the Torrens River.

Date: 25 September (Tuesday)
Time: 6 pm
Venue: Elder Park (next to Adelaide Festival Theatre)
Duration: 3 ½ hours
Fee: FREE (only if you bring your friends along! hehe…)
Meeting place: Haigh’s Chocolate Rundle Mall @ 5.20 pm
Food: Domino’s Pizza, Moon cakes and Hot Chinese tea (cost to be shared equally and to be confirmed)
